Current Connector Terms of Use

Current Connector is operated by O3 Innovations Group LLC. These terms apply to the website, mobile apps, and related services. By accepting these terms when creating or using an account, you agree to follow them. Contact ryanstein@o3innovations.com if you have questions.
Your account and company access
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only access you are authorized to have. You must have authority to act for a company or another person. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Company roles determine which records and actions you can access.
Acceptable use
Do not use Current Connector for threats, harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech, sexual exploitation, obscene content, fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity. Do not send abusive or unwanted messages, reveal another person's private information without authority, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights.
Messages, reports, and blocking
You are responsible for messages and files you submit. Use the in-app report action to flag harmful messages or users, and use blocking to stop direct messaging with a user. You can also contact support. Reports are reviewed by platform operators, who may restrict access or remove content when needed to enforce these terms. Blocking does not remove shared company records or replace a company's employment procedures. For an immediate safety emergency, contact local emergency services.
Work records and agreements
Current Connector supports scheduling, timekeeping, staffing, agreements, and business records. Check records before approving or relying on them. Companies remain responsible for their employment decisions, payroll, safety procedures, and legal obligations. Review an agreement's specific terms before signing it. Labor invoices and payment records describe arrangements between the participating companies; confirm the actual payment and any correction with the relevant company.
AI assistance
Optional AI features send the disclosed information to OpenAI with your permission. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. Review suggestions before using them. AI output does not replace professional judgment, site-specific safety checks, or qualified legal, engineering, payroll, or employment advice. Use the in-app report action to flag harmful AI output. Do not submit information you have no authority to share.
Your content and privacy
You keep your rights in content you submit. You permit us to process, store, and share that content as needed to provide the features you use, apply your sharing choices, investigate reports, and meet applicable obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, disclosure, and retention.
Account restrictions and deletion
We may restrict accounts or content to address misuse, security problems, or violations of these terms. You can request account deletion from app settings or the account-deletion page. Company employment, payroll, financial, safety, agreement, audit, and business correspondence records may need to remain as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and support
